How Can it Help?

an IP address 24/7. Depending upon the kind of device, we can setup the
monitor to request web pages, perform port checks, send pings, check for

After 5 minutes of
consistent failures...
- We'll first call your local
electric company (if no UPS is installed) and check for outages in your
area.
- If no outage reports exist,
or you have your device on a UPS, we'll call your ISP and initiate a
service ticket.
- If you indicate a designated
person from your firm to be notified of the outage, we'll place a call
to them too.
- Our equipment continues to
monitor the device until its fully operational.
- If there is no restoration
of service within one hour, we contact your ISP every hour until complete
restoration, or until they have a solid handle on the problem and a
satisfactory plan to correct it.
- We'll keep your staff informed
of the progress with timely updates.

To monitor a single
connection costs just $289 per year. For a limited
time we'll monitor a second connection for free.

- Either your ISP account number
or your login name
- Your circuit ID may be required
by a few ISPs

connection we'll need:
- Hardware Device Type or Software

- The IP or Internet Address
of the Device/Server
- UPS installed on this device?
